It is our wish that the weary traveller; especially those who are tired in spirit and/or in health, spend a moment pondering over the curiosities here.
It does no good to dwell on the negative - particularly about things which you have no control over. Over-thinking can lead to anxiety and depression. We're not suggesting that you bury your head in the sand, but everyone needs a break. Meditation is best all round if you can find time for it, but we have also gained positive results through using distraction.
